What is Wellness Coaching?

Wellness Coaching is like a Petri dish for growth and change. The behavior change occurs as the client becomes an expert charting their path to wellness. I  work with each individual to encourage personal responsibility, reflection, self-discovery, and self-efficacy. To accomplish this, the client creates a vision statement followed by specific goals that keep the vision in clear sight. I assist the client in discovering their passions, strengths, dreams, desires, and values that align with this vision of their best self.

The emphasis on coaching is for the client to connect the dots of who they are, who they want to be, and what will enable them to succeed in their journey towards optimum health and wellness.  Some of the benefits of coaching include:
