My commitment to clients includes the following:

What is coaching like with me?

I will meet with clients initially for two longer sessions and then subsequent follow up sessions.  These session can be in person, by phone, or over Zoom.     Steps in the process include:

  • Assessment – An initial wellness assessment including a general health questionnaire
  • Goals and Vision Statement – During the first two meetings, you will establish a vision statement, three month goals, as well as weekly goals.
  • Weekly Check In – Weekly telephonic or in person meetings will be scheduled to discuss progress and update goals
  • Measuring Success – Although every engagement is unique, coaching generally takes place over a 10-12 week period
